The Met were already investigating an allegation of assault regarding Spacey against a different man in the same area in 2008.

London's Scotland Yard has launched an investigation into a second sexual assault allegation by Kevin Spacey. He has denied allegations of assault, but said he is now seeking "evaluation and treatment" of his behavior.

Spacey said he did "not remember the encounter" but offered "the sincerest apology" if it had taken place. It's the second investigation regarding the actor after an alleged assault in 2008.

The Metropolitan Police said the allegation dated back to 2005 where a man claimed he was assaulted in Lambeth, South London.

"The allegations are of sexual assaults against a man (Victim 2) in 2005 in Lambeth".

Two Boeing 747 Jumbo Jets Auctioned in Taobao
The auction drew two participants, each new bid had to increase the price of the plane by at least 1 million yuan. The planes had been put up for auction offline six times since October 2015, with each deal falling through.

Scotland Yard confirmed officers from the Child Abuse and Sexual Offences Command are investigating the complaint.

The theatre said it "truly apologises" for not creating a culture where people felt able to speak freely after those affected said they "felt unable to raise concerns", and he that "operated without sufficient accountability".

Spacey has been replaced by Christopher Plummer in the upcoming film All The Money In The World and fired by Netflix series House Of Cards since actor Anthony Rapp first accused the 58-year-old of harassing him when he was 14.

The incidents reported to the Lambeth theatre cover a period of 1995 to 2013 and have not been verified, The Old Vic said.
