It's not often that common sense prevails when it comes to The FA, but it would appear they've bucked the trend regarding West Brom midfielder Jake Livermore and his angry confrontation with a West Ham fan when the two sides met at the Olympic Stadium on 2nd January.
West Ham, meanwhile, have also avoided FA action after the club identified the supporter connected with the incident with Livermore.
