These appeared on China's Weibo showing off the Samsung Galaxy S9 in a person's hand giving it a nice sense of perspective for size. "Reimagined". Since Flipkart's teasers are the first from any Indian e-commerce site, it is likely the Galaxy S9 and Galaxy S9+ will be exclusively launched on the platform.

Samsung has hinted at a greatly improved camera on the new phone and challenged people to "imagine a camera that can see more than your eyes".

In early January Patently Apple reported on Samsung's Galaxy S9 would use their new Exynos9 processor that is to introduce a Face ID-like feature along with neural networks as introduced with the iPhone X. Last week we reported that the S9 will also add a 3D Emoji-like feature. But the bigger question of when the smartphones are arriving remains a complete mystery.

That said, the page set up by Flipkart says "coming on 25.02.2018", which is the date when it will be unveiled, but, Flipkart hasn't revealed the date of India launch of these smartphones. Samsung Galaxy S9 is listed with 64GB ROM. Other countries like Australia and the United Kingdom didn't get the S8 until April 28, while markets like Japan and South Africa didn't get the phone until June. Are you excited for Samsung's launch? Even if the teasers do not reveal anything directly, there's enough evidence supporting earlier leaks about the smartphones.

The Galaxy S9 will possibly ship with two different processors. The smartphone boasts of an 8MP rear camera with LED flash and a 5MP front shooter for selfies. The Galaxy S9 will ship with a Snapdragon 845 processor in the USA, and the company's own Exynos 9810 in other parts of the world, including India.

Samsung Galaxy S9 will sport a 5.8-inch QHD+ display, 4GB RAM, 3,000mAh battery and a single 12MP camera sensor. We are expecting more details about the pricing to surface after the official launch event on February 25.

Stay tuned for updates.
