Someone calls the police on a Black person for doing. something. When the police showed, they backed the black guy.

On Tuesday, black real estate investor Michael Hayes was casually doing his job; inspecting a house in Memphis when a white neighbor, Tiffany Albert, demanded to know why he was outside. That still didn't stop the woman from yelling at him to leave, he said. While he inspected the property and began to take photographs, a woman came out of a neighboring house demanding to know his business. He pointed to the sign he had placed in the front yard.

"Hurry up, do it, and get out!" the woman shouts, after which the two officers inform her that Hayes doesn't have to rush because he has permission to be there. "But she wasn't listening to that. But at the end of the day, she just did not want me in her neighborhood". Then she called the police.

He was rolling when a squad vehicle from the Memphis Police Department rolled up. She said the owner didn't want anyone in his house, even after Hayes showed her a written statement allowing him to enter the house.

Officers took her to task when she said she had friends in the sheriff's department.

"He's just gonna go in there and do what he's got to do".

"You keep the camera rolling", the white male officer in the video told Hayes. You're going to let him do what he's gotta do. In the video, he said the woman continued to insult him after the police officer showed up. "This incident was handled as an on-scene complaint". The other neighbor also verified Hayes' story to police.

Seven dogs shorter than knee-high attack, kill woman in Oklahoma
Tracy Garcia , 52, from Oklahoma, was attacked by the seven dachshunds on 10 May, but police have only now released her identity. Dinwiddie said it was apparent that the dogs have been living in the woods. "This is just a bad deal all the way around".

At the end of the video, Hayes praised the officers for staying back with him at his request.

"This type of stuff is still going on", he said in the video. Still, Albert wasn't having it and called the police anyway.

Newsweek has reached out to Hayes for comment, but did not hear back in time for publication.

Hayes says he was looking at a house he had under contract to buy in the University District.

'I don't look threatening, ' he said. "It's nothing racist about it".

She also says the vacant house is a hot bed for crime, so she was anxious when she woke up to the sound of the boards being pulled off. Also, there's a certain element of white entitlement that comes into play when white women (or men) make bold-faced claims that someone "doesn't belong" in their space.
