Vince Vaughn is in jail after an early morning bust for DUI.

The "Swingers" star was picked up in Manhattan Beach, about 20 miles southwest of Los Angeles, according to police records that only show Vaughn faces a misdemeanor charge. Manhattan Beach Police Department confirmed to Us Weekly that the actor had been placed under arrest.

According to TMZ, Vince is now still in police custody.

ACLU: Release of Detained Islamic State American to Syria a 'Death Sentence'
The release of the man into the war-ravaged country should happen this week, but the ACLU lawsuit is expected to delay the action. The US says the detainee worked as an IS administrator, responsible for distributing vehicles and money to members of the group.

The Hollywood Reporter says Vaughn was stopped at a DUI checkpoint in Hermosa Beach around 1 a.m. PST Sunday. Vaughn was charged with a DUI and resisting arrest, delaying or obstructing officers. He and the passenger, who was also arrested for public intoxication, were taken to a local police station to be held, where they were released a few hours later.

This is not, however, Vaughn's first arrest; back in 2001 he was arrested after taking part in a bar brawl in Wilmington, North Carolina, in which actor Steve Buscemi ("Boardwalk Empire") received multiple stab wounds.

We've reached out to Vince's reps for a comment on this situation.
