You're looking at Frank Ragin - the airport employee who police say instigated a fight with the National Football League star at the Atlanta International Airport late Tuesday evening.

According to ESPN.com, Atlanta Police spokesman Jarius Daugherty says Jones confronted the man, Frank Ragin, an employee at the cleaning company ABM, after Ragin made a "gesture" towards Jones.

Cellphone video footage shows that Jones and Ragin traded several punches with each other.

Jones, who fought back after some initial hesitation, told the woman to "watch out" before punching Ragin. During the course of the fight Ragin also struck a companion of Jones, causing an injury to her hand. The employee was then arrested by members of the Atlana Police Department and charged with battery.

He vowed to "remain loyal to the rule of law, to the democratic and secular republic, and to Ataturk's principles and reforms". But he has also polarised opinion, cracking down on opponents and putting some 160,000 people in jail.

Police said Jones then started defending himself, causing Ragin to fall to the ground. On August 25, 2006, during training camp, Jones was arrested in Murfreesboro, Tennessee for disorderly conduct and public intoxication. The Titans suspended him for one game following that incident. A skirmish broke out when a security guard intervened.

Jones and his friend declined medical treatment. The gunman said he followed Jones' orders.

That was one of a string of suspensions for off-field behavior, including a ban for the entire 2007 season after repeated run-ins with authorities. Most recently, he played for the Cincinnati Bengals.
