  • Manigault Newman's firing by White House chief of staff John Kelly- and her apparent audio taping of the encounter- is at the center of the political firestorm

President Donald Trump's campaign is filing an arbitration action against former aide Omarosa Manigault Newman alleging breach of a secrecy agreement.

According to the Washington Examiner, the Trump campaign claimed that Manigault-Newman broke her non-disclosure agreement (NDA) when she revealed private talks from the White House Situation Room.

The administration on Tuesday filed an arbitration against Manigault Newman, claiming she breached her 2016 nondisclosure agreement after she appeared on a number of news shows to promote her West Wing tell-all.

Manigault Newman, who has known Trump since she was a contestant in 2003 on his reality TV show, "The Apprentice", said the president's proclivity for racial division is evident "when you see at every single opportunity he insults African-Americans".

'Omarosa had Zero credibility with the Media (they didn't want interviews) when she worked in the White House.

Comparisons have also been made between the outrage aimed at Jack Whitehall and that of Scarlett Johansson playing a trans role. And some say his sexuality shouldn't matter, since gay actors regularly play straight characters.

During the interview, Tur asked Manigault Newman if Trump was aware ahead of time that WikiLeaks was going to release a trove of hacked emails from Hillary Clinton's campaign in the summer of 2016.

"Nobody even told me about it", Mr. Trump is heard saying, after chief of staff John Kelly terminated her employment. Given how this story has gone from zero to "dog" in a couple days, I don't think anyone is backing down now.

"She begged me for a job, tears in her eyes, I said Ok". She noted, as examples, Trump's recent criticism of National Basketball Association player LeBron James and California Democratic Rep. Maxine Waters.

Over the weekend Sanders issued a similar statement from New Jersey, where President Trump was staying last week. "If he had not said anything that is derogatory or demeaning to African-Americans and women, why would he go to that extent to shut me down".

She said she did not write this in her book because she heard the tape after her memoir was sent off for publication.
