USA first lady Melania Trump talks to media as she visits the ancient statue of Sphinx, with the body of a lion and a human head, at the historic Giza Pyramids site near Cairo, Egypt on Saturday, Oct. 6, 2018.

ABC News reporter Tom Llamas interviewed Melania Trump during her trip to Africa for a "20/20" special to air October 12.

"I support the women, and they need to be heard".

Melania Trump says her husband's politics are hurting her attempts to partner with aid organizations. "And, you know, also men, not just women".

Trump said that there needs to be "really hard evidence" to prove that a man has committed any kind of sexual misconduct. "You can not just say to somebody, I was sexually assaulted, or you did that to me, because sometimes the media goes too far".

Trump also said that some organizations and foundations were unwilling to partner with her due to their distaste for the administration in another portion of the interview aired on Tuesday. "They don't have any facts", she had said. The special is called "Being Melania - The First Lady".

"And also, you know, also men". President Trump is pushing the conspiracy theory that Kavanaugh protesters were paid actors, financed by George Soros.

It's not the only time she spoke about sexual assault allegations during her trip.

Last month when Dr. Christine Blasey Ford came forward with accusations that Kavanaugh attacked her in high school, breaking her silence after many years, people used Twitter to share the many reasons why they didn't report their own sexual assaults.
