Eyes and mouth: Hubble has sent a new image of the cosmos

Surrounded by a patch of space filled with galaxies of all shapes, colors and sizes, the image reveals two yellow-hued blobs hang atop a sweeping arc of light. So gravitational lensing acts as a kind of magnifying glass for dim, far away galaxies and allows researchers to observe them easily.

This effect is distorted light is called "gravitational lensing". The arc of light is reportedly a galaxy whose shape has been distorted and stretched as a result of passing a massive gravity source. The gravity of the nearby galaxies bends and magnifies the light coming from distant galaxies, making them look brighter and larger than they actually are.

"Stars are born within giant clouds of gas", NASA said.

Analyzing the luminosity, size and rate of formation of young stars in such images, the NASA researchers hope to better understand how stars are formed in cold parts of the Universe.

NASA revealed that the Hubble Telescope captured this image while exploring the space to know how new stars spring to life throughout the cosmos. Hubble Space Telescope's Wide Field Camera 3 is capable of seeing distant galaxies in unparalleled resolution, yet, high enough to locate and study regions where new stars are forming.

The picture was taken using the WFC3 camera of the Hubble telescope. It's important to study stellar formation within different galaxies to gain a richer context, which is why Hubble had its gaze fixed on a galaxy cluster.

Scientists Agency NASA space telescope has recorded the structure, which is very similar to a smile, said "NV" with reference to Science Alert.

Earlier, scientists have uncovered the mystery of black holes in the Universe.
