Bethesda's website briefly revealed customer support tickets and personal information

Fallout 76 servers are down tonight for scheduled maintenance.

A new report coming from 4chan hints at serious development issues being faced at Bethesda Game Studios on Starfield.

This requires backing up for context.

Fallout 76 seems to have become a bad omen over the developer since its launch last month - resulting in scathing reviews and apologies over falsely advertised bags which were sent out with the Power Armor Edition.

Here's the latest news from Bethesda, who confirm that Fallout 76 servers are now down on all platforms. Fans took umbrage with the token by pointing out a hilarious irony: that amount of credit couldn't even buy a virtual canvas bag within the game in question.

Over the last week, Bethesda has been mired in uproar over a bag. As in, every ticket going through the system. I'm assuming this is a bug in the website, because I don't see for what reason Bethesda would make tickets public.

"Hi guys, we've resolved this issue". I was unable to file a ticket to attempt to replicate the issue, however, as the ticket-submission page was still missing its "submit" button as of press time.

The information leaked reportedly included names, email addresses and other contact details. They would also be dispatching them free of charge to the unhappy customers.

Bethesda has since corrected the problem and made sure consumers couldn't access the information, but a number of Reddit users have noted that they've come across these details.

It appears they posted a screenshot as proof when originally making the post but it has since been taken down to help keep user data as secure as possible, given the situation.
