New Zealand is active in the monitoring of United Nations sanctions against North Korea, deploying an Air Force P-3K2 plane to patrol worldwide waters in North Asia for signs of vessels undertaking activities such as ship-to-ship transfers.

President Moon Jae-in's office quoted Moon as saying that Trump asked him to convey those messages to the North Korean leader if he visits Seoul this year as he promised.

Former UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon has urged North Korean leader Kim Jong-un to take concrete steps toward complete denuclearization if he wants sanctions lifted.

South Korea's Moon has facilitated a series of high-level talks between the United States and North Korea, including a summit between Trump and Kim in June, and has met Kim three times this year.

"There is a possibility that Chairman Kim Jong-un's visit to Seoul may be made within this year, but there's more important things than the timing", he said in translated remarks during a visit to New Zealand.

US President Donald Trump said Saturday he hoped to organise a second summit with North Korean leader Kim Jong Un in early 2019, perhaps as soon as January or February.

At about 8:30 Tuesday night, Moss tweeted, "The Packers have informed me that there (sic) letting me go". Per Kahler, Rodgers has long had the autonomy to change plays on the field as he saw fit.

Trump has frequently described a warm personal relationship with Kim, arguing that this rapport would help him succeed at a diplomatic breakthrough that has eluded U.S. presidents since the 1950s.

Korean President Moon Jae-in is in Auckland today and tomorrow and will meet with Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern and Foreign Minister Winston Peters to discuss trade, co-operation and global efforts to denuclearise North Korea.

Ardern met with Moon on the sidelines of the East Asia Summit and Apec last month, and he has visited New Zealand in 2006 and in 2015.

Trump and Kim met for the first time in June in Singapore, where they issued a vague statement on a nuclear-free peninsula without describing how and when it would occur.

In his talks with Trump in Argentina, Moon earned some support for the Seoul summit from the USA leader - perhaps in a bid to entice Kim to make good on his pledge.

After their third meeting in North Korea's capital, Pyongyang, in September, Moon said Kim agreed to make a reciprocal visit to Seoul in 2018. But both Moon and Trump say fears of war on the Korean Peninsula have eased sharply.
