In its presentation Intel briefly discussed the likes of 10nm Ice Lakeprocessors, hybrid 10nm Lakefield CPUs, and Project Athena laptops, as well as other non-PC-centric specific stuff like automotive, IoT, sports, AI, networking and 5G, etc.
While specifics have not yet been announced, Intel's Gregory M. Bryant confirmed that the chips will be the first to ship with Gen11 integrated graphics - which Intel claims is "designed to break the 1 TFLOPS barrier", alongside built-in Thunderbolt 3, WiFi 6 (802.11ax) and DL boost (deep learning boost) support. However, that will change with the new Ice Lake processors, as Intel is packing Gen11 integrated graphics solutions. Intel previewed Lakefield, its hybrid 10nm CPU architecture with Foveros 3D packaging. At the CES pre-show, Intel introduced new additions to the 9th Gen Intel Core desktopprocessor family that expand the options to meet a broad range of consumer needs from casual users to professionals to gamers and serious content creators. This will be the first to use the Foveros packaging technology to integrate the company's mainstream and low-power CPU cores. Intel says the laptops will be ready by the end of this year. And by advanced, Intel means faster processing, increasing battery life, 5G support and everything backed by Artificial intelligence.
The mobile chip range stands out as Intel's first "volume" 10nm PC processor, compared to the predecessor's 14nm manufacturing process.
Intel is expecting the first devices using Project Athena to launch in the second half of 2019, with its innovation partners on the project including Dell, Google, HP, Samsung, Microsoft, Acer, Asus, Lenovo, and Innolux. This tiny CPU gives OEMs more flexibility for thin and light products. Laptops based on 9th Gen Core processors will hit the market in the second quarter of this year, but no specifications or architecture names were announced.
And, in a bid to take on Qualcomm's "Always Connected" Windows 10 PCs, the chipmaker outlined a new standard for the next generation of notebooks called Project Athena.
The NNP-I is a new class of chip dedicated to accelerating inference for companies with high workload demands and is expected to go into production this year.
Lastly, but likely to be seen before the two platforms mentioned above (estimated H2 2019), Intel talked about its Project Athena laptop plans.
Finally, Intel briefly demoed the Snow Ridge network SoC.
Additionally, Intel announced a new 10nm SoC codenamed Snow Ridge specifically for 5G wireless infrastructure equipment such as base stations. Cascade Lake introduces support for Intel Optane DC persistent memory and Intel DL Boost, which is created to accelerate AI deep learning inference.
And of the top 25 ranked schools at the end of this year's college football regular season, only four were not Nike-sponsored. Tua Tagovailoa passed for 295 yards and two TD's but was intercepted twice, including a pick-six.
Creating enough space below the cap to sign Porzingis would likely decimate the current talent on the roster to get below the cap. The Brooklyn Nets have also previously been mentioned as a team that would be interested in Porzingis.
A recent death in West Vancouver reportedly prompted charities to pull their donation bins from streets across the city. It's the second death involving a donation bin in the span of a month and at least the eighth such incident since 2015.
You can even save your game, giving you a chance to play through as many times as you need to fill out Nero's move list. This demo will be different than the one that Capcom released last month and was exclusively playable on Xbox One.
Drawing interest from the Jets and Cardinals , the 39-year-old former Texas Tech head coach could very well land a job here soon. Both the Cardinals and the Jets will continue to interview other candidates unless USC decides to reverse their refusal.
Kaplan, Assistant Secretary for Fossil Energy Steven Winberg, and Under Secretary for International Affairs David Malpass. No timing was given and it wasn't immediately clear if the USA delegation would release a statement.
H3N2, the strain largely responsible for last year's outbreak, has so far been less common than the H1N1 strain. As of December 29, New Brunswick had 579 lab-confirmed cases, 577 of them influenza A and two of influenza B.
Manchester City's Riyad Mahrez, Manchester United's Eric Bailly and Tottenham's Serge Aurier were also included. Africa's annual football awards night takes place in the Senegalese capital Dakar on January 8, 2019.
After four mostly very bad seasons in New York, Jets fans are glad to see former head coach Todd Bowles go. Former Jets head coach Todd Bowles is the top candidate to join Arians' staff as defensive coordinator.
