Giannulli, a social media influencer with millions of followers on YouTube and Instagram, attracted further scrutiny this week with a video she posted before she began the fall semester a year ago, saying she didn't care about school and was just there to experience the game days and the "partying".

On a serious note, I still can't believe this whole story about the college admissions bribery scandal is real.

"Full House" actress Lori Loughlin appeared in federal court in Los Angeles on Wednesday to face charges of taking part in a scheme in which dozens of wealthy parents are accused of paying for their children to cheat their way into prestigious US universities.

Isabella Rose, her older daughter, agreed with her mom's sentiments in the video.

Loughlin is accused of paying Singer $500,000 to help both her daughters cheat their way into USC by bribing an athletics official at the school to pretend the girls were gifted rowers.

Lori Loughlin and daughter Olivia Jade Giannulli attend Women's Cancer Research Fund's An Unforgettable Evening Benefit Gala at the Beverly Wilshire Four Seasons Hotel on February 27, 2018, in Beverly Hills, California. "And it totally came across that I'm ungrateful for college - I'm going to a really nice school", she said.

"I'm so happy with my results so far!"

During his testimony, Cohen told the committee: "I have never asked for, nor would I accept, a pardon from President Trump". Katie Hill, a Democrat, said in an interview Sunday that she expected Cummings to refer Cohen for prosecution.

Parents made their payments to a sham charity Singer ran, prosecutors said, which also allowed them to take a fraudulent tax write-off.

To be totally fair, Olivia is a certified smoke, and we all know good looking women get to play by a different set of rules. "She should be so proud of herself for trying to pay off school to get you there because obviously, you're not smart enough to do that". I think we've put so much pressure and stress on them.

Rich parents are alleged to have paid money in order to falsify their children's academic grades or school sporting achievements so that they could get into competitive universities. "Never. I always gave them plenty of time to just sit in their playroom and, you know, use their imaginations".

Prosecutors revealed on Tuesday that they planned to indicted more than 40 people in the "largest college admissions scam ever", with Loughlin, 54, and Giannulli, 55, on their list.

However, Loughlin's husband, Mossimo Giannulli, was reportedly arrested on March 12 on charges of "conspiracy to commit mail fraud and honest services mail fraud."Radar Online reported that Mossimo appeared in court that same day and was ordered to be released on a $1 million bond". Fox News noted that Loughlin had been filming a movie in Vancouver.

The Fuller House star and her husband, designer Mossimo Giannulli, who has also been charged in the case, allegedly paid US$500,000 (S$680,000) in bribes to ensure their two daughters were recruited to the University of Southern California rowing team even though the pair did not participate in crew.
