The suspected female kidnapper approached the boy from the right before quickly and calmly picking him up and walking out of the restaurant. The suspect fled on foot from the area, ' LAPD said in an emailed statement. She's about 5 feet, 7 inches tall and weighs between 180 and 200 pounds, authorities said.

The incident, which occurred around 11:15 a.m. Wednesday near the corner of Martin Luther King Boulevard and San Pedro Street, is the second case this week in which L.A. police have sought the public's help identifying the suspect.
