Jeff Hardy was arrested Saturday morning in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, on suspicion of public intoxication and impairment, according to TMZ Sports. Hardy is still expected to return to the WWE ring soon after undergoing knee surgery back in May. The next year he was arrested after law enforcement conducted a search in his home, booking him for drug-related charges.

Hardy, who has for years starred alongside his brother Matt as one half of the tag team the Hardy Boys, has a history of arrests and substance abuse.

WWE, however, will likely look to find a way to manage the situation to stop it from happening again and ending in much worse circumstances that what it did this time around.
