The Las Vegas security guard involved in an altercation with Cowboys running back Ezekiel Elliott made a decision to press charges on Friday, according to Fox 5 Vegas.

"To just not have anything happen to him, the National Football League is basically saying, 'Hey, it's OK for you to go to Vegas, get obliterated, then go shove people over fences, '" EDC security guard Kyle Johnson told Marino. Police said Elliott pushed security guard Kyle Johnson to the ground. "I don't want to be here right now" kind of thing", Johnson said of Elliott's apology.

Elliott would be placed in handcuffs briefly and Las Vegas police would later determine he did not apply the type of force necessary to create the fall.

"Just very unsympathetic. Like, "I have to do this, I'm being forced to do this".

Donald Trump: "Kidney Has a Very Special Place in the Heart"
The weird declaration raised a lot of eyebrows on social media, where it did not take long for the statement to go viral. Earlier he dubbed Prince Charles as the Prince of Whales (yes, the sea mammal), when he's actually the Prince of Wales.

"Over the course of the past several weeks, Mr. Elliott has been the target of extortion", Elliott's lawyers Scott Rosenblum and Jason Lampert said in a statement in the NFL Network.

Barely a week after learning Dallas Cowboys running back Ezekiel Elliott will not be suspended for his actions from earlier this offseason at a Las Vegas music festival, it appears that all is not said and done with the incident.

Elliott led the National Football League in rushing last season for the second time in three years.
