Chevrolet will unveil its 8th-generation Corvette on Thursday, July 18 in Orange County, Calif.
Chevrolet has confirmed the eighth-generation C8 Corvette, set for a Friday reveal, will launch in "Stingray" guise.
The mid-engine nature of this new Corvette will enable it to enter new segments, new markets and will also offer a new driving experience for those buying the auto. It's a familiar one, too, with Chevy seemingly keeping its recently trademarked Zora moniker on the shelf - likely in reserve for a future, higher performance iteration - the marque has chose to stick with something tried and true: Stingray. Back in 2014, Chevrolet revived the Stingray name for the seventh-generation of the sports auto.
As for the new 2020 Corvette Crossflags, it looks more modern than before.
